Chief Scientific Officer – Scottish Government, Professor Catherine Ross CSci CBiol FRSB FESC recently published the first paper in our ‘Healthcare Science in Scotland’ series. This went live on the Scottish Government website on Thursday 14 March 2024.
Publication of this paper is an important step forward as it will act as an anchor to all of future work in relation to healthcare science in Scotland. It demonstrates a commitment to ensuring healthcare science is fully embedded in service planning and delivery at a local and national level, therefore ensuring the NHS in Scotland is prepared to meet the changing needs of their population.
